1. Eligibility:
Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Persons who are immediate family members (parents, children, siblings) of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Hanesbrands Inc, or their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Hanesbrands, Inc., Attn: Barely There Web Marketing, 1000 Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 is the sponsor of the Promotion (the "Sponsor"). 

2. Timing: 
The Giveaway begins on July 20, 2007 at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on August 2, 2007 at 5:00:00 p.m. EST. Entries must be submitted by 5:00:00 p.m. on the last day of the promotion to be entered in the drawing. 

3. To Enter:
No purchase necessary. To enter, follow the links from the e-mail to visit sponsor’s web site at www.barelythere.com and fill out the official entry form completely pursuant to the instructions. (Estimated time to answer: approximately 1 minute.) Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the “Enter to win” button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries must be received by the Sponsor by 5:00:00 pm on or before August 2, 2007. Non-compliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per email address. More than one (1) entry from an email address will void all entries from that email address. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means are not eligible.

4. Prizes: 
Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 9, 2007, from among all eligible entries received. During the promotion, each winner will receive one (1) Barely There This End Up™ brief or This End Up™ thigh shaper. The only sizes available in the giveaway are: M, L, XL, XXL. Color of prize is the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value per potential winner: $24. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded: $600.00. Returned prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be awarded via mail 10 to 12 weeks from prize notification date. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person per e-mail address during the promotion. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned and must be accepted as awarded. The potential winners may be notified via email and the prizes will be mailed to the address provided in the entry forms. Returned prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

For a list of the prize winners, send a self-addressed envelope, for receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of the drawing to Hanesbrands, Inc., Attn: Barely There Web Marketing, 1000 Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Winners' List. A list of winners may also be posted by the Sponsor on its web site located at http://www.barelythere.com/winners.asp

5. Other Considerations: 
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNERS AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The Giveaway is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited. 

6. Personal Data: 
Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the Giveaway entry forms in accordance with our stated Privacy Policy. By entering this Giveaway on the on-line registration, entrant agrees to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Sponsor's premises in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA. At any time, you may obtain a summary of the Personal Information on record with Sponsor. You may request that Sponsor dispose of or update any or all Personal Information about you. To make any request described herein, send an email to consumer.care@hanesbrands.com or write to Hanesbrands Inc., Attn: Barely There Web Marketing, 1000 Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. When contacting us, please be sure to provide us with your exact name, address, telephone number and/or email address in order to be sure we handle your request correctly. 

7. Internet Viewing: 
The Giveaway is intended for viewing only in the United States and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. If the Internet portion of this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor may modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of any telephone service or computer system or equipment.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

8. Miscellaneous: 
All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, and to select winners from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion prior to such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected mail or email.
